Put it in the bridge of my hollow body, I underestimated what I got. Smooth is an understatement, this thing performs! Johan was on the spot with the customer service, answering all of my questions, giving me all the information to make a final decision. Paired with a Heaven 57 it's like butter on butter!!

I bought a Schecter Solo Supreme, as a backup to my Slash Les Paul, that came with the Black Heaven Pickups. I’ve been playing since 1965 and played a ton of guitars and was immediately just blown away. I actually started using the Schecter as my main guitar. My guitar sounds beautiful, agressive, sustains, cuts through the mix and is totally inspiring. My genre is blues and classic rock and found it perfect. I use a soldano mini head with a hughes and kettner tubemeister cab and just amazed by the sound.

Johan is very good at communication and getting the correct pickup to you. I’ve ordered flat mount, covered soap bar style M7s which are angled and these are really quality pickups.

One of the best pickup builders and great customer service even though they’re independent you get 5 star communication and quality product. Great pickups for the modern guitarist and I hope to try other offerings in 6 string configuration as well.

Super impressed with everything about this pickup and the company. I sent an email asking if the pickup can be ordered without the logo on them and to my surprise, the owner of the company promptly replied to the email and said yes. I asked him a couple more questions and he replied very quickly as well. Have the M6 installed in a mahogany body Jackson Aldrich tuned to B standard and it sounds fantastic. Lots of output but very clear. None of the frequencies are overpowering so it has a very balanced tone and has a great crunch.

Guess it says it all. Lightning fast delivery and that very distinct roar directly from Valhalla! Wild!

I use an extremely low tuning on my 30-inch scale baritone guitar (Double Drop D). The thickest string I use is a 100 gauge.

Since the guitar is quite affordable, the standard pickups didn’t sound particularly convincing. Given my skepticism about whether it’s even possible to achieve a punchy, tight tone with high gain in such a low tuning, I came across the M6 pickups and decided to give them a try. Conclusion: I’m extremely satisfied and have found exactly the sound I was aiming for.

I put a heaven 57 in the neck position and a smooth operator in the bridge. Great combination and made my Gibson standard 60’s sound more musical, open and alive.

The M6s make my Strandberg absolutely sing (or growl?), and this was probably the fastest delivery I've experienced. They were in my hands within 2 days from finalizing the order. Johan was also super helpful and swapped the bridge pickup in the set for an F-spaced one upon request no issues.

First time properly trying Lundgrens, but I have a feeling these will be my go-to passives from now on.
