Firebird pickup

This Firebird pickup sounds SO beautiful. It has a unique sound. The pickup contains two coils, each loaded with its own bar magnet in the core. As the icing on the cake, we have a steel plate at the bottom, connecting the two magnets to a "horse shoe" magnet. Do we need to say this is an effective construction?! This steel plate makes the pickup really BLOOM. The pickups have emphasis on the brighter sound with a nice output. The output is higher than Minihumbuckers. The Set contains Two pickups. If you want a set of three just buy a separate middle pickup. The sound is crispy and clear and blooming. Although it is a hum-free humbucker it has some of that string separation normally accociated with  singlecoils.  Available in Chrome or GOLD
