Black Heaven® 7 string

I have only good things to say about the order as well as the product. The build and delivery were really fast. Johan also reacted promptly to my stupid questions. Everything top notch. As well as the pickup. Unbelievably balanced and versatile pickup, with tons of clarity and dynamics, yet handling high gain perfectly and can sound brutal if it needs to be brutal. I am primarily an extreme/prog metal player and I will use it for metal rhythms but I can clearly hear that you could play a wide spectrum of genres with it. This is my first Lundgren pickup, but hopefully not last. Cheers from Slovakia.

I bought the Black Heaven 7 String ceramic Bridge Pickup for my Schecter C7 Pro.
I play this guitar in Drop G.
First I had a Seymour Duncan SH-6 in this guitar. Great Pickup but I wanted something more modern and tight.
The Black Heaven has got a slight modern feel, medium output and is extremely tight.
A Youtuber said it already: This pickup pushes the right frequencies just how it needs to be for awesome Metal.

The Bass and the Mids are extremely well shaped. It feels absolutely right.
In my opinion the Highs are not extremely aggressive and sometimes I feel that I need to push the Highs on the amp a little bit and maybe check the tubescreamer too because the pickup sounds just a tiny little bit dark. But thats not bad at all and personal preference. Hence it sounds very pleasant.

Shipment: I received the Pickup after 11 days (in Germany).
Unfortunately there was just 1 Email for the whole order and there was a tracking-number in it.
In my opinion there should be a second Email when the order is ready to be shipped.

I am down tune player and after two decades of my musical activity I finally found the pickups that I doubt to exist. The level of clarity, harmonic richness and low-end is so huge that in result my stereo guitar live setup with Black Heavens sound like a well mastered album tracks. Got the set of BH installed in my Ibanez RGDR3127S and pickups perfectly match with basswood body. Neck pickup is even better than SD Sentient, it is so easy to make pinch harmonics and it has ultra selective, beautiful juicy tone. What also impressed me about those humbuckers was extremely good output balance across all the strings. All notes throughout the fretboard are evenly hearable, there are no louder or quieter ones and on high notes you will never get ear-cutting peaks. Impressed, stoaked and finally playing with feel like nothing is limiting my abilities. 10/10!

Dropped the alnico black heaven bridge in my axe palace prs SVN and am blown away by the versatility. It is tight and articulate and has choir like note definition in big chords. Cleans up nicely especially with coil split. Will be getting more for my other guitars.
